121 Benefits Holiday Hours

121 Benefits will be closed Tuesday, December 24th, Wednesday, December 25th and Wednesday, January 1st. For State of MN participants, there will be no payment delays either week. For the week of December 23rd, all claims received by noon CT on Friday, December 20th will be processed and considered for payment the following Friday, December 27th. For the week of December 30th, all claims received by noon CT on Friday, December 27th will be processed and considered for payment the following Friday, January 3rd. For all other participants, depending on your employer’s specific reimbursement processing schedule, your payment may be delayed by a few days for each of these holiday weeks. You may check your account balance, status of a claim, or reimbursement in your online account or via the mobile app.
