Last week, the team at 121 Benefits spent the afternoon volunteering their time to prepare meals for those in need at Open Arms, a local nonprofit business. Open Arms is a Twin Cities nonprofit that cooks and delivers free meals to people living with life-threatening diseases.

The 121 Benefits team, in their fourth year of volunteering, packed 264 spaghetti and meat sauce meals, hand-washed, peeled, and shredded 25 pounds of fresh carrots, scooped 1,100 chocolate cookies, washed and chopped 50 pounds of lettuce, and assembled 100 green salads.

Open Arms does incredible work for the Twin Cities community, and the team at 121 Benefits is grateful for the opportunity to help nourish neighbors in need. Follow this link to learn more about donating and volunteering.
