121 Benefits will be closed Thursday, December 24th, Friday, December 25th, and Friday, January 1st.
For State of Minnesota participants, there will be no payment delays either week.
For all other participants, depending on your employer’s specific reimbursement processing schedule, your payment may be delayed by a few days for each of these holiday weeks.
Note the following changes to the claim deadlines:
- For the week of December 28th, the claim deadline is Wednesday, December 23rd at 12:00 noon CT.
- For the week of January 3rd, the claim deadline is Thursday, December 31st at 12:00 noon CT.
You may check your account balance, the status of a claim, or reimbursement in your online account or via the mobile app.
