2020 Year-End Spending Bill & FSA Relief Options

On December 27, 2020, the federal government signed the year-end spending bill into law affecting Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 provides several FSA relief options for employers to take advantage of during these unprecedented times.
