Linda Heuer, MBA, RPA-CEBS
For 20+ years, Linda has immersed herself as a consultant of COBRA, cafeteria, HSA, and HRA plan strategy and design. Along the way, she has become a proponent of high-touch customer service, today overseeing our client experience. Under Linda’s leadership, 121 Benefits ensures that each one of our clients and their employees receives custom, one-to-one service along with expert guidance.
Terri is accountable for 121 Benefits Operations, including customer service, banking, accounting, plan administration, client management, human resource management and strategic planning. She joined our team in 2010, bringing over 30 years of executive experience managing operations and customer service organizations.
Manager - Data Management
Julie has 20 years of extensive COBRA/Continuation and Retiree Billing experience. Since 2010, she has been supporting our clients and providing compliance expertise in this technically complex area. Julie manages the 121 Benefits data management team. She is accountable for the staff and processes for enrollment, contributions, continuation file data and client reporting. Julie will also continue to serve as a continuation services compliance resource.
Terri Jo Halverson, CEBS
Terri Jo draws upon nearly 20 years of experience working directly as an HR professional and specifically with pre-tax benefits. In her current role, she supports many of our larger accounts with an emphasis on communications and compliance. She’s been with 121 Benefits since 2011 and has earned the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.
Deb’s well-rounded background in human resources and 25+ years of experience in employee benefits informs her current role as client service manager. With 121 Benefits since 2009, she acts as the point-of-contact for client service and compliance issues.
Cindy brings over 20 years of product and client service experience with cafeteria, HSA, HRA, COBRA and transportation plans. Joining us in 2016, Cindy manages our customer service and benefit administration teams for all reimbursement accounts.
Sharon manages the financial aspects of plan administration, including billing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. She contributes more than 20 years of industry experience and has been with 121 Benefits since 2009.
Customer Service Manager
Tim’s experience involves over 20 years in the development and management of Customer Service/Call Center teams in various industries including 6 years in the administration of Flexible Benefits plans. Joining us in 2018, Tim manages the customer service teams for FSA, HRA, HSA plans and Continuation Services.
Julie joined 121 Benefits in 2018, bringing over 16 years of healthcare and benefits industry experience with pre-tax accounts, COBRA/continuation and billing administration. Beginning with client implementation, she acts as a service and compliance resource for her accounts. Julie delivers dedicated and personalized services to support account relationships.
Julie is a 2019 addition to the 121 Benefits Client Services team. In her Account Manager role, she utilizes 15 years of experience in COBRA and pre-tax account administration with an emphasis on compliance, including more than 6 years working with VEBA funded HRAs, to enhance her support to clients.
